By accessing or using ContractBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

• "You", "Your", "User" refers to the individual or organization using the platform.
• "Platform" means all ContractBox software, services, websites, and integrations (including Zapier, Make, and API access).

2. Account Registration

To use ContractBox, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to share your login or misuse platform access. ContractBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use ContractBox only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform to upload unlawful, confidential, or infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with the platform’s performance or other users' experience
• Reverse-engineer or replicate core functionality

4. Subscriptions & Billing

ContractBox is offered as a subscription-based service with multiple pricing tiers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of your uploaded contracts and content. ContractBox will never sell your data. Our platform processes and stores data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Integrations & Third-Party Tools

You may connect ContractBox with external services (e.g., Zapier, Make, Google Workspace) at your discretion. Use of third-party integrations is governed by their respective terms. ContractBox is not responsible for data shared with those tools.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and technology within ContractBox (excluding your own data) is owned by ContractBox or its licensors. This includes logos, designs, source code, templates, and platform features.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content without express permission.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. ContractBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cause harm to the platform, or present security concerns.

Upon termination, your access will cease and data may be deleted after a 30-day retention period unless required for legal or audit purposes.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

ContractBox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure, though we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

In any case, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
